Privacy policy
This policy explains what data safetygames.us collects, how it is used and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
Last updated October 13, 2026.
Who is responsible
ACS Global Ventures LLC, the company behind the Safety Games brand, is the controller of the data processed on this website. For any privacy matter, contact our data protection officer (DPO) at dpo@andrezaaraujo.com.
What we collect
We only collect data when you submit the contact form:
- name and email;
- company and phone, if you provide them;
- game of interest and message;
- page language and the approximate country of the connection, provided by Cloudflare.
How we use it
To reply to your request, send the purchase terms and, after purchase, the access instructions. We also send an automatic email confirming that your request arrived.
The legal basis is taking steps prior to a contract at your request (LGPD, art. 7, V). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Bot protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical browser signals to tell people from bots. The result is only used to accept or reject the submission.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that run the website on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: hosting, request database, bot protection and security;
- Resend: delivery of the form emails.
International transfer
These providers may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States, with the safeguards set out in articles 33 to 36 of the LGPD.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and follow up on the purchase, and then deleted, unless the law requires a longer period.
How we protect it
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored in services with access control, available only to the team that handles requests.
Your rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
- correction of incomplete or outdated data;
- anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- portability;
- information about who we share it with;
- deletion of the data and withdrawal of consent, where applicable.
How to exercise your rights
Write to dpo@andrezaaraujo.com. We reply within the legal deadline. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
